Fall and Back to School Specials and Updates

The summer is winding down, school is back in session and as we all begin to find our routines again and prepare for cooler, more bearable weather, we welcome new specials taking place at Hayes Barton CrossFit as well as a new member referral program. (see our webpage for details)

Take a second to read through new membership specials that will encourage those new to CrossFit an opportunity to give us a try with limited commitment. We hope you will come by and meet some new friends, and take a step towards a healthier you.

Fall Specials (rolling out September 30th!)

**Note that drop-in rates will increase to $20 for CrossFit, and $15 for Velocity come October 1st, 2019.

1. 60-day, 2- month New to CrossFit : $150 (New clients only)

This membership option enables you to attend CrossFit classes 20 classes over the course of 8 weeks. This is a great option for those who are interested in CrossFit and just want to dip their toes in for a while and see if it is a good fit for them! No previous experience needed, and our coaches will guide you through all the movements making sure to meet your skills and abilities! Why not? You've got nothing to lose and so much to gain.

**Please note: Movements will be modified to your experience level and if you are truly interested in learning the more technical barbell work, we would be happy to do a 101 session with you!

2. Student Memberships: (be sure to show us your college I.D)

College/University Student Membership:

a.)12-class/month punch card: $125 and $100 a month if you sign a monthly, auto-renewing, contract!

b.) 10-class, 2 month punch card: $135

*CrossFit foundations class is $50 for all student memberships if new to CrossFit and looking to join group CrossFit classes long term**

3. Open Gym Membership Only: $65/month

If you are looking for a gym space and desire to have access to a variety of equipment for you to be able to work through your own program, this is a great option for you. You will have access to the facility and all equipment, and coach input (if desired) at the following times.

Note: If you are looking for more 1:1 coaching, let's talk personal training.


Mondays : 8:30-9:30am AND 10:30-11:30

Tuesdays: 7:30-9:00am AND 4:30-5:30pm

Wednesday 8:30-9:30 am AND 10:30-11:30

Thursday: 4:30-5:30pm

Friday : NONE

4. Family Member Specials:

1st household member- full membership price

2nd household member- 10% discount on membership

3rd household member-- 15% discount on membership

**please email if you are interested in the family membership

**discounts do not apply to the Foundations Class members will have to take if new to CrossFit- $75**
