CROSSFIT

In our CrossFit classes you will have the chance to engage in a variety of activities. 

We will weight lift, practice gymnastic skills, and also have cardio-based workouts called WODS. 

You will gain strength, cardiovascular endurance, torch calories and do some things you may not thought you could do. 

VELOCITY

Our Velocity class is a no-barbells, high intensity based fitness class. 

You will use kettlebells, cardio machines, your own bodyweight  dumbbells and more. 

The class is 45 min long, with a guaranteed 30 minute fantastic workout to keep you in shape and burn calories.

Additional offerings

In addition to our CrossFit and Velocity classes, we offer yoga on Monday nights and personal training sessions. 

You will also be able to participate in family classes, the occasional track workout , all the while hanging with friends in a supportive and fun environment.
