4x5 @ 55/55/65/75%

 

B) 3 Rounds

5 hang power cleans + 5 front squats + 5 push press + 5 back squats + 5 behind the neck push press 

 

* Athlete chooses weight. Stay on the lighter/medium side to try and keep each round unbroken. Reset after each round but no breaks longer than :30s.
