* After 4th set rest 1 minute and preform 2x4 speed pulls from ground within 1 minute

 

B) 3 RFT

10 bent over barbell rows (75/55)

10 weighted box jumps (20") with plate (10/5)

10 Medball sit-ups (20/14)

100m KB (single) farmers carry (heavy)
