A) AMRAP 18 (Partner)

20 Wallballs 20/14

20 Hand release push-ups

20 AbMat sit-ups

20 Box step-ups (20") w/ Medball 20/14

200m run

 

* 1 partner working at a time

* Divide reps as needed

* 1 Medball/AbMat/Box per team

* Must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to next

* Run must be done with partner

* No rest between AMRAP and row

 

B) 3 minute Max Effort row

Class will be divided into 2 teams and will complete max effort row for distance.
