10 push-ups

Then:

2 rounds of:

20 wallballs (20/14)

20 AbMat sit-ups 

Then:

1 round of:

30 burpees

 

B) Front squats

E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets) complete 2 front squats (climbing) with a 3 second pause at the bottom.
