Cash in/Buy out- 20 bar thrusters

 

20 minutes of work/4 stations/ 45:15 work to rest ratio

**treat each station like an AMRAP

 

i. Min 0-1: DB snatch  (50/35)

ii. Min 1-2: 4 bench press + 8 burpees(135/95)

iii. Min 2-3: 10 hollow rocks + 25 second hollow hold

iv. Min 3-4: Run 100m

 

REST 1 MIN before performing your cash out thrusters.
