AMRAP 11 

2 box dips

2 1-arm KB clean and jerk (35/26)

2 goblet squats

4 box dips

4 1-arm KB clean and jerks (35/26)

4 goblet squats 

 

**increase by 2 reps each round**

 

C. Accessory: 3x10 banded fire hydrants (yellow or blue band)
