A. Strength:

 

Bench Press: 5x5 ( across) 

* choose a mod/heavy weight you can push for 5 reps 

* stat at the same weight each set 

 

Close Grip Bench: 2x6-10

* find a weight you can push for those last two sets within the given range 

 

 

B. WOD:

 

For Time:

Run 400m

30 hang power snatches

40DU/80 SU

40 push press 

30 box jumps 

 

Weight : 75/55
