Barbell Work


AMRAP 60 sec :

Front Squats(your choice of weight)

REST 90 sec 


Repeat 4 x




3 stations:(1 min on : 30 sec off)

i.) weighted box step ups

ii.) MB russian twists

iii.) ring rows 


Repeat the sequence 3 x 


Pull - Up Work

3x8 inverted rows

3 x 3 negative pull ups (use assistance to jump to the top if need be, and lower for 2-5 seconds)
