A. Barbell:


Front Squat : 6 x 4

**If you can, increase 0-10 lbs from your last 5x5 we did


B. Conditioning:

For Time

25 split jerks (75-80% of your 1RM of a heavy jerk.. you should be able to complete reps in a few sets )

*every time your drop : 8 burpees over the bar
