Each station is 2 rounds , each round being 3:30 min on /1 min off

 

Station 1: Row 500m + remaining time banded pull aparts  

Station 2: Bike 0.5 mile + remaining time push press (95/65) OR (75/55)

(velocity uses DB)

Station 3: AMRAP 15 slam balls/ 15 hanging knee raises
