A. Barbell and Strength: (25 min)

 

i. Bench Press: 5 x 6 (increasing per set..finish at a heavy 6)

 

ii. DB flys : 3x12-15 (choose a weight that makes those last reps challenging )

 

iii. Box/Bench Dips : 3 x 12 

 

B. Conditioning:

For Time: (cap 9 min)

100-200-100 SU

30-60-30 air squats

 

*alternate reps of SU then air squats

 

March Madness Accessory Work: 3 x static ring hang (30 sec on 45 sec off)

*can be done before or after class*
