80 second static rig hang

60 high plank pull throughs

40 calorie bike

20 KB leg lifts ( over and back =1)

 

KB weight : 35/26 or 26/18

*divide reps evenly

** when not working, partner holds barbell OH: 95/65

*** If you prefer to fly solo, halve your reps.
