i.Bench Press: 5..5..5..3..3..3 (ending at a heavy 3)

ii. 3x10 1-arm KB floor press

iii. 3x8 push ups with 3-sec hold at the bottom (hovering right above the ground)

 

Conditioning

6 min EMOM

ODD: 20 goblet squats (53/35)

EVEN: 20 slam balls (20/14)

 

2 min rest

 

Cash Out and Challenge Accessory: 100 KB squat pulses (sit as low as you can)
