barbell: 95/65 or 75/55

 

Rounds 2 and 4

150 or 100 lateral bench hops

 then AMRAP

15 deadlifts 

30 plate toe taps(R+L=1)

 

barbell: 195/135 or 165/115

 

**Velocity with use DB or KB instead of barbell**
