Monday(Rest Day #2 or Optional Active Rest Day)
Option 1: 3 mile or 25 min run or bike or walk
Option 2: 1 min at each station, rest 15 sec, repeat 4 or 5 x
A. plate /object alternating toe taps
B. up downs
