Today starts a period in which I am going to try and do a little bit of strength at the beginning of our workouts! So grab some resistance and jump in!

 

Part A: 

E2min x 6: (alternate between) 

 

A. Tempo Curtsy Lunges- 3: 1 x 10 each side

B. Goblet Squats + Squat Holds- x 15 reps( E3 reps, hold for 10 sec)

 

Part B: 

16 rounds (40 sec work: 20 sec rest)

 

1. KBS ( you can use a DB for these too!)

2. Plank Hip Dips

3. Criss-cross squat jumps

4. Plank with a pull through
