B. Conditioning:

AMRAP 15 : Slider Workout

**You will need to do this workout on a surface which you can slide ....like a hardwood floor or tile. It can be done in your socks or with a towel!

3 lateral or reverse lunges

3 plank seesaws

3 hamstring slides

 

Go up by 1 rep each round.
