A. Strength:

 

Tabata Tuesday

8 rounds : 20 on / 10 rest x 3 

i. RDL or 1-leg RDl

ii. skater jumps

iii. squat pulses ( weight them if you can!)

 

B. Conditioning:

 

EMOM 16(45 on / 15 off)

min 1 : step ups ( stick with 1 leg per round, so 2 rounds R, 2 rounds L)

min 2: KBS ( Russian or American)... (dumbbells can also be used here)

min 3: alternating, offset push ups

min  4: 1-leg v ups
