4 burpees over the KB/DB

5 plank pull throughs (per side)

6 rev lunges( 3 per leg)

7 broad jumps

8 S2OH ( 4 per arm)

9 push ups

10 flutter kicks ( per leg)

11 KB/DB swings

12 mtn climbers ( L+ R = 1)
