EMOM 12 ( 45 sec on : 15 off)

min 1: weighted kneel to stand

min 2: bicep curls (same weight from min 1 and min 3)

min 3: 1- arm half - kneeling press ( switch every 5 reps)

 

rest 1 min 

 

TABABTA( 8 rounds : 20 sec on : 10 sec off)

odd rounds: russian twists

even rounds: plank triangles

 

 rest 2 min 

 

EMOM  8 ( 50sec on : 10 off)

min 1: burpees 

min 2: leg lifts
