14 KBS or DB swings

7R/7L side plank hip dips

 

remaining time: front rack carry( alt sides every 20 steps)

 

Plank Finisher

EMOM 5 ( 45 sec on , 15 sec rest(

- elevator ISO planks( 15 sec high plank, 15 sec middle, 15 sec low hold)

**rest as needed during those 45 sec of work)
