1 min banded shoulder step outs

50 bent over rows ( use a plate, or DB or KB or anything weighted)

20 split squat jumps ( per side)

10 burpees to a plate

 

30 plate G2OH or SDLHP or KBS

20 burpees to a plate

10 inchworms with alt toe touch

 

50 plate bent over rows

20 split squat jumps ( per side)

10 burpees to a plate
