Part A: 

AMRAP 90sec : rest 30 sec  x 6

 

1. alt reverse lunges + curtsy lunge 

2. banded fire hydrants ( band optional)

 

Part B: 

75 air squats ,then,

5 rounds

15R/15L snatches 

10 hand release push ups

15 pop squats

then

150 alt shoulder taps
